About Antje Anders (ˈɑːntjə or AHN-chuh Ann-derz)
I am a professional photographer originally from Munich in Germany and am now based in LA with my loving family.
I have specialized in several genres, embracing the fields of family, corporate and fitness photography. These fields include prenatal, maternity and child photography and also head and glam shoots.
I am working with the publishers of popular magazines and periodicals, agencies, media outlets and have an established longstanding clientele. Examples of my work have appeared in “Parents” monthly magazine (Eltern), for the major publishing houses GU and Droemer & Knaur, and I also count Siemens, Pampers, Walmart, Weleda, Lego and NUK in Germany amongst my customers and clientele.
I have also co-authored two books on the subject of pregnancy with a good friend of mine collaborating as both co-writer and photographer. Each of these were published by Droemer & Knaur, “Schwanger mit Nelly” (“Pregnant with Nelly”) and a pregnancy calendar “Calendar with Nelly”. My main attribute is helping people to feel at ease allowing them to relax in front of the camera, creating an atmosphere of lasting joy that can be captured on film, preserving these memories and positive emotions. I readily combine creativity with professionalism to fit diverse budgets.
My main priority is to listen to what my clients desire to achieve focusing upon their needs delivering with creativity, passion, efficiency, the right amount of sensibility to the subject.
What motivates me and makes me happiest of all is the creation of wonderful results that are inspired by the joy of a collaborative effort.

Communication with people, to be in touch with my environment and to be aware.
Why photography?
Photography creates perceptions. It stands for a message that is vital an important. Photography creates lasting memories, it captures moments that are valid and important. Photography is a balance of technique, science and art. And it is access to people and their emotions. Photography is a powerful tool that gives you opportunities to communicate in a highly emotional way.
